As part of the Telecom team, assist in rolling out and supporting  new collaboration technologies globally. The main focus of this engineer will be on supporting Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Voice gateways, Cisco WebEx, and Video conference systems. Knowledge of voice gateways, routers, and switches are required. The Voice engineer will act as a primary troubleshooting resource for both new installations and post-installation support. 

Major Responsibilities: 
Call Manager and Unity administration - Bulk admin and support escalation from the helpdesk 
Video Conferencing setup, testing and support 
WebEx roll out, support and documentation 
New office deployment (Phones, Voicemail, Circuits, IPTV) 
Ability to adapt to other technologies, providing assistance to other teams as needed during turn-ups, cut-overs 
Work with A/V integrator to design and deploy next generation video conferencing rooms 

Technical Qualifications: 
Cisco Collaboration (Experience - 2 years) 
CCNA or CCNA voice required 
CCVP or CCNP voice preferred 
Hands on experience configuring Cisco CallManager (Unified Communications Manager), Cisco Unity Connection 
Experience with SIP Trunks and ISDN PRI circuits. Circuit turn ups and troubleshooting 
Enhanced 911 routing 
MGCP, H323, SIP CUBE gateways 
Cisco TMS, VCS and Expressway 
Experience with Audio and video conferencing products like MeetingPlace, BlueJeans and WebEx 
Cisco Contact center experience preferred 
IPC, BT, ETrali or IP Trade Trading Turret experience preferred 
Basic Cisco routing and switching experience required 
Voice Recording - Redbox - preferred 

Additional Skills: 
Excellent customer service skills 
Ability to work under pressure and interact with all levels of personnel 
Organization and Communication skills for status updates 
Strong written and verbal communication skills 
Excellent documentation skills 
Team player with ability to work independently 
Financial industry experience preferred 
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, or related engineering or science curriculum
