Job Description:


Our client is a successful and well-established registered investment advisor with approximately $15B  in AUM. We are seeking a Help Desk Engineer to provide support to our end users. Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prompt and courteous attention to end-user issues.
  • Documentation of issues in our ticketing system (Jira).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Financial industry experience.
  • Availability for after hours and weekend work as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of financial industry experience
  • Experience supporting Windows 7/10, Office 2010-2016, Good for Enterprise or similar MDM, Bloomberg, iOS, Citrix VDI, Factset, Capital IQ, etc.
