Job Description:

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager at the Director level. In this position, you will be responsible aligning the product vision with our goals and objectives. The role includes leading and collaborating with a team of product owners and scrum teams to prioritize and deliver against a backlog. You’ll build a minimum viable product (MVP) that is the result of ruthless prioritization, collaboration, stakeholder management and careful consideration of user feedback. You'll champion user needs, understanding their challenges and ensuring that your product delivers value.


  • Lead the business
  • Lead design/product meetings
  • Ensure top-down support for executing on ideas
  • Take complex vision, simplify it and communicate it; making it easy to understand to a team of product owners
  • Drive strategy from inception to production
  • Lead planning and sequencing while coordinating with the technical leads
  • Define short- and long-term backlogs
  • Execute with finesse


  • Make decisions with technical partners on multiple solutions
  • Drive prioritization with a technical perspective
  • Adapt to change and adjust plans given technical dependencies


  • Organize surveys, focus groups, user interviews and market analysis that informs success of the product while enhancing user satisfaction
  • Collect and review adoption, usability test results and usage statistics
  • Incorporate feedback from an iterative approach and fail-fast culture


  • 7+ years of relevant work experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager (leading a team for at least a year)
  • Acknowledged as an expert in his/her domain
  • Experience working in Agile software development settings and teams
  • Able to communicate well across team and stakeholders
  • Able to convince stakeholders and ensure buy-in at decision points
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at setting appropriate expectations


  • Experience as leader of product teams with multiple product owners directly reporting to you
  • Personally responsible for setting strategy at a senior level
  • Solid understanding of user experience design best practices (including user research and strategy activities)
  • Demonstrable experience delivering successful products built from scratch
  • Technical background
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
