Job Description:


We are looking for a Production Artist to join our Google sales team in the Large Customer Sales organization. The team consists of 13 people all calling on AT&T, one of the largest advertiser in the US ($160bn+ in sales, 350K+ employees).  The team is made up of 4 Account Executives who work with clients and media/creative agencies on strategic opportunities and 5 Account Managers who drive in quarter revenue by optimizing client Google search and YouTube/Google Display Network campaigns to drive sales for AT&T business.

Role Responsibilities:
Design, edit, and refine Google’s sales collateral. Create and apply clear design principles to all of our presentation and communication materials. Develop the appropriate “brand standard” for the team and ensure consistent look and feel of material to represent Google. Work closely with sales executives, account managers, analytical leads to deliver powerpoint, keynote, and documentation that represent the brand of Google based on outlines or draft decks. The design & production work is for Google sales materials that go specifically to a larger design-savvy advertiser.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
- Design logo, color scheme and develop core templates for sales collaterals
- Support sales team by producing major sales collaterals based on an outline or a draft on Google slides
- Set the standard to improve sales team branding in front of a key design-savvy advertiser - teach design principles, coach visual storytelling, develop new initiatives that can drive this objective

Required Skills:
- BS/BA Degree in Design, Art, or Marketing. Manager is open to looking at other degrees if the candidate has the required skills. Manager will look at candidates with an additional 2 years of experience for candidates who do not have a degree
- 3 - 5 years experience in company brand design
- Working knowledge of Powerpoint or Google Slides & Keynote Photoshop illustrator
- Keen eye for detail
- Understanding of design principals (design & fonts)

Nice to have:
- UI/UX design skills,
- Video editing skills
- 3+ years experience working for a creative agency
