  • Lead cross-team initiatives, e.g. require resources from multiple different tribes, each of which may have their own set of priorities.
  • Has experience with building UI/UX interfaces.
  • Identify, document, and drive on process improvements, e.g. more accurate effort estimates, increased team velocity, etc.
  • Create written project plans for multi-faceted, projects complete with details about technical dependencies, deployment order, etc. 
  • Proactively roll our product releases by managing all standard Agile processes, e.g. Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, features & defect management.
  • Work with direct and indirect stakeholders (QA, Product, project, development teams) to build the best applications and ensure cross-team goals and projects are achieved.
  • Ensure Product results and capabilities are aligned to the vision.
  • Work with other Project/Program Managers to establish best practices and standardize where appropriate.
  • Work directly with Project, Product, QA, and Development teams to establish processes that ensure all targets and requirements are met.
  • Effectively communicate risks and issues to affected parties and actively participate in issue and conflict resolution.
  • Successful delivery of special projects.
  • Ensures completion of all specific deliverables and tactical initiatives required to support the programs.
  • Communicates program initiatives and status across the business. Develop and manage communication and coordination of cross functional teams across all areas. Defines and reports program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics.
  • Supports, manages, and influences continuous improvement of product/solution development / go to market lifecycle process, practices and initiatives.

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering
  • At least 10 years’ direct experience in project management for Software Development Projects
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience working in an Agile environment
  • Creative, analytical and task driven
  • Designed or influenced interfaces for mobile, desktop, and web
  • Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
  • Superb follow-through; propensity to approach tasks and goals with an ownership mentality
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to work well with teams & stakeholders


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with online advertising technology preferred
  • Exhibited competency managing projects in JIRA (or other software-based Project Management suites)
