This is a temporary consulting position and will report into the IT PMO Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
The IT Security Compliance Project Manager will work closely with the IT PMO Manager, and in concert with the Director of IT Security, on business process improvement and management, as well as help to develop overall IT Security program strategy, in support of the Firm's technology deployments, integrations and implementations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

·         The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager or Business Analyst, with a focus in Information Technology, Security and Compliance.

·         Demonstrated knowledge of basic security and compliance standards (NIST 800-53, PCI, SOX, ISO27001, GDPR).

·         Previous experience in basic Information Technologies, with specific Security Tool deployment a plus.

·         At least 5 or more years’ experience in developing strategic and tactical project plans to implement these procedures.

·         Advanced level knowledge of industry and professional organization (PMI) practices in managing projects

·         PMP Certification preferred

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools

·         Demonstrated excellence in communications (verbal and written), presentation, financial management, analytical and customer focus skills

·         Experience in managing, external contractors both on and/or offshore

·         Proven track record with both working with technical & functional teams

·         Able to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary

·         Able to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards

·         Experience managing projects using a formal SDLC (Waterfall and Agile) and business analysis methodologies

·         Ability to work well with technical and non-technical resources

·         Able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project

·         Able to see tasks through to completion with minimal guidance
